Currently, there's no automated mechanism to remove banner popups, which are hardcoded in the current version of aGNeS. aGNeS creates a directory called equiv at the same level as the aGNeS binary or the data directory. If you cannot find this directory at that location, look for it in your default ftp folder.
The equiv/equiv.struct file is a simple text file that contains information about your boards. Add the following line to it:
